Provide as-needed pathology coverage including surgical pathology services, frozen sections, and heme bench reviews. Participate in the Anatomic Pathology quality management program across community hospitals.
Must be a graduate of an ACGME-accredited Pathology residency and be Board Certified or Eligible in Anatomic Pathology. Requires a Minnesota Board of Medical Practice license or the ability to obtain one.
Graduate of an ACGME-accredited Pathology residency training program BC/BE in Anatomic Pathology by The American Board of Pathology Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training or equivalent experience in a surgical pathology subspecialty or transfusion medicine

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
