Associate Transplant Coordinator - Liver Transplant - Columbia University Irving Medical Center The Associate Transplant Coordinator works closely with Transplant Coordinators (RN) and clinical staff to support comprehensive care for lung transplant patients, This role involves coordinating administrative aspects of transplant processes, including communication with patients, clinical staff and outside organizations. The coordinator ensures the smooth progression of patient care by managing appointment scheduling, document completion, and addressing patient needs throughout the pre-transplant process. This position is located at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
