The role involves observing and implementing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting while ensuring continuity of care between shifts. The nurse is responsible for maintaining quality care in compliance with established policies and the Residents' Bill of Rights.
Candidates must hold a valid Georgia Registered Nurse license and a current CPR certification. Additional requirements include a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
