Geisinger is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist to join Geisinger Lewistown Hospital in central Pennsylvania. This is a 100% IR opportunity with no diagnostic radiology responsibilities, no after-hours call, and a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule. This position offers a broad IR practice with a consistent referral base and room for continued growth. Procedures include ablation, TIPS, DVT thrombectomy, biliary and GU interventions, dialysis access and fistula work, venous and arterial procedures, and other image-guided interventions. The IR suite includes fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, and cone-beam imaging to support a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
This is an opportunity for an IR physician who wants meaningful procedural work, schedule predictability, and the ability to develop a local practice without the burden of diagnostic coverage or traditional after-hours call.
