Perform audiology support duties including hearing screenings, audiometric testing, and patient history intake in a DoD clinical environment. Assist audiologists with diagnostic tests, hearing aid fitting, and the maintenance of audiometric equipment.
Requires a degree from an accredited college or vocational program in audiology technology or related health sciences and at least two years of experience in a primary care setting. Must be a U.S. Citizen with current state licensure and BLS certification from the AHA or Red Cross.
Occupational Health: The contract worker shall be required to obtain documentation of required physical testing or a report of a physical examination. Tuberculosis Screening: The Contractor ensure contract workers shall be screened for tuberculosis (TB). Health Requirements. The Contractor shall provide documentation certifying health requirements such as immunizations, annual vaccinations, and physical examination when required at the time of initial placement. Subject to a background and security investigation to include drug screening.
