The Peer Recovery Coach serves as a mentor and advocate for clients in recovery, helping them access community resources and maintain long-term stability. Responsibilities include discharge planning, providing ongoing engagement for former patients, and documenting outcomes in the Kipu system.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of CCAR training within six months of hire. Candidates should have a personal belief in the recovery process and proficiency in MS Office.

The Peer Recovery Coach (PRC) supports the Admissions or Clinical Director by serving as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator for clients in recovery. The PRC assists clients in identifying and accessing appropriate resources for long-term stability. This role involves follow-up with former patients who have successfully left the program, with a particular focus on those who did not complete the recovery process. The PRS will provide ongoing engagement, support, and encouragement, updating the Kipu system with client outcomes.

The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
