The new hospital will feature: Dedicated surgery suite and dental suite Spacious treatment area 6 exam rooms Comfortable team break room Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality medicine, including: Ultrasound Digital radiography Digital dental x-ray Therapeutic laser About the Opportunity Flexible scheduling designed to support true work/life balance No weekends, no late nights, and no overnight shifts Structured schedule with: Surgery days (typically starting at 8:00 AM) Appointment days (starting at 8:30 AM, closing at 5:45 PM) Collaborative and positive team culture that actively prioritizes a toxic-free workplace Strong support staff with a 1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio, including 3 LVTs Opportunity to see a consistent caseload (typically 15+ patients/day) while maintaining quality care Established relationships with community organizations, including CFA and senior services Flexibility to tailor your schedule and workflow to what works best for you Our Culture We emphasize a family-oriented culture where team members genuinely support one another.
