The LPN is responsible for monitoring patient status during Phase II recovery and providing comprehensive discharge education to patients and caregivers. They collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe patient transitions and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license in good standing and a valid BLS certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment are required.
