Provides direct patient care and implements care plans while protecting patient autonomy and dignity. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, administering medications, and providing health education to patients.
Candidates must possess a valid LPN license and BLS certification. Computer literacy is also required for this position.
Provides patient care as directed and is accountable for own actions under provided direction. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights. Performs other duties as assigned.
