Salary
$43 - $50 / HOUR
Provide skilled nursing care and patient education within patients' homes to support recovery and independence. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess an active, unencumbered Florida RN license and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
