The Patient Care Technician is responsible for setting up hemodialysis machines and initiating, monitoring, and discontinuing dialysis treatments. They must monitor patient vital signs, manage fluid removal, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of healthcare or direct patient care experience. They are required to obtain CCHT and BLS certifications and must be comfortable working with blood and needles.
$2000.00 sign on bonus for CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) or Bonent CHT (Certified Hemodialysis Technologist/Technician) Certifications.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Health Systems Management support and work under the guidance of RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and compassion needed to improve the quality of life for our patients while promoting positive patient outcomes. To be considered for this position qualified candidates are required to have a minimum of 6 months of healthcare and/or direct patient care experience. Good fit for those with - CHT, CCHT, CNA, CMA, PCA, CPT, CMA, EMT, CST, CPhT, etc.
