The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating nursing care for patients while correlating the nursing process with medical plans. They assist physicians during procedures and promote patient independence through education and goal setting.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Alabama Board of Nursing license. BLS certification is required, with ACLS and potentially PALS certifications needed based on patient population.
Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
