Summary of job

• $6,000 SIGN ON BONUS Delivers quality hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in the community, nursing home, or inpatient hospice setting.
• Develops, implements, and coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family.
• Participates in professional development activities that further personal and program goals related to end of life care.

Recruitment requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred Minimum 1 year med/surg, nursing home, or rehab or 2 years’ experience as a professional nurse.
• 1 year home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Able to meet weekend and holiday requirements.
• LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification
