The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing patient nursing needs, evaluating care effectiveness, and integrating nursing theory into clinical practices. Key duties include managing infusions, handling prior authorizations, and providing direct patient care such as vaccines and assisting with injections.
Candidates must hold a nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) and a current Iowa nursing license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with triage and clinic experience being desirable.
