Veterinary Technician Surgery

VCA South Shore Weymouth Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled Surgery Veterinary Technician to join our team at our busy, 24-hour emergency/referral/multi-specialty and general practice in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. Compensation

$25.00 - $38.00 / hour for a CVT. based on skill set, experience and licensure status. Experienced Veterinary Assistants welcome to apply.

Schedule

• Mostly weekdays, and rotating weekends.

• Duties: Procedural anesthesia monitoring Ability to calculate drug doses Full Technician Skill Utilization, bronchoscopy, endoscopes, and more! Collecting patient histories & thorough physical exams Venipuncture / IVC placement Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority) Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Providing compassionate care for all patients Paid on-call availability Ability to work additional hours if necessary Minimum 1 year experience What Makes VCA South Shore Unique?
