Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and grooming
• Assist residents with patient specific restorative programs to promote residents’ independence and well-being
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and report any changes.
• Support residents in participating in therapeutic exercises and activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Restorative CNA experience required
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
