Assists professional staff in providing quality rehabilitative care and maintains department cleanliness and supply stock. Provides physical assistance to patients and ensures regulatory readiness under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS/CPR certification within two months of hire. Previous experience as a healthcare aide is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

SUMMARY Assists in the oversight of supplies and provides physical assistance to the professional staff and department in fulfilling the mission of Rehabilitation Services of providing quality and cost effective care to patients. Assists in maintaining department cleanliness, supply stock, and regulatory readiness. Assists in the provision of rehabilitative services under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
