The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individual patient care while supervising support staff. They coordinate with providers and ancillary departments to ensure quality outcomes and adhere to ANA Standards of Practice.
Candidates must hold a current Wyoming RN license or an enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC) and obtain AHA RQI certification within 14 days of hire. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
Job Requirements A Day in the Life of a RN
The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual patient care according to unit policies and procedures. Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers in the implementation of care plans. May be required to work on other units according to distribution of staff and patients.
