The technician is responsible for preparing and distributing medications, including IV admixtures and TPNs, while maintaining USP 797 compliance. They also manage drug inventory and fill automated dispensing cabinets under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Candidates must be licensed Pharmacy Technicians in the State of Florida with 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma. PTCB certification is preferred but not required.
