The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist provides evidence-based pharmaceutical care through direct patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Key duties include evaluating medication orders, developing therapy plans, and educating staff on oncology therapies.
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited Pharmacy School with a current CA Pharmacist License and BLS certification. A PGY1 and PGY2 residency are required, though equivalent clinical experience may substitute.
