Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments to design and implement appropriate plans of care. Educate patients and families on treatment progress and supervise clinical fellows and students.
Requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and current state board certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Schedule: PRN | As Needed | Weekday and Weekend Coverage |
