Life Enrichment Coordinators in our Memory Care “I’m Still Here” (ISH) program support residents throughout the day by assisting with personal care and leading recreational and social activities. They help design and facilitate meaningful, purpose-driven programs that encourage engagement, social connection, and a sense of belonging. They also help maintain a clean, orderly resident living area (“neighborhood”) and assist in training staff who support memory care residents. This is primarily a part-time weekend role (Saturday/Sunday).

High school graduate or equivalent.
Two years of experience working in an elder care environment, with memory care experience strongly preferred.
Will have personal contact with all levels of Carillon staff, residents, family members, vendors, and other elder care professionals.
Must be able to sit for up to 25% of the workday. Must be able to stand and walk throughout the community for up to 75% of the workday. Must be able to push or pull 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to bend and reach. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases.
Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissues.
