The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate end-of-life care, focusing on the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families through expert pain and symptom management. We have multiple schedule variations available for this role. Whether you are looking for a weekend per diem or a full-time role, you will be able to choose your ideal schedule.
Per Diem: Saturday & Sunday 8 hour days
Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Saturday, Sunday & Monday 8 hour days
Full Time: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8 hour days
Please note all schedules will include alternating weekend on call expectations

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges? Our Hospice Care team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver personalized, one-on-one care in the comforting setting of patients' homes. Regular hours for this position are 2 - 4 days per week – a combination of Friday-Monday 8AM-5PM and acts as after hours on-call triage and runner.
