The RN is responsible for performing patient assessments, initiating nursing interventions, and managing the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for adolescent patients. Additionally, the role involves supervising shift staff and ensuring adherence to nursing policies and exemplary patient care.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in nursing and a current Registered Nurse license. CPR and De-escalation certifications are required within 30 days of employment, with psychiatric experience preferred.
