Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments, grocery stores, and errands Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan Observe and report any changes in condition to the Director of Nursing Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Qualifications & Requirements:
