Job Summary We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license Previous experience as a Occupational Therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized
