Market context

California bilingual counseling roles stay in demand

In California, bilingual adult treatment counselor roles are often competitive because employers need candidates who can support Spanish- and English-speaking clients while meeting state registration, certification, or licensure requirements. This float position also calls for at least one year of alcohol and drug counseling experience, so prior hands-on treatment work can help you stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your California credential and bilingual experience before applying.
