First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in the client’s home.
The client’s primary diagnoses include Autism and Hypoglycemia. The client presents with functional limitations related to decreased sensory function and decreased cognitive function.
Schedule: 1x per week 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours)
High dependency for all ADLs and IADLs Requires structured routine and behavioral redirection Ensure hygiene, safety, and skin protection Requires close supervision at all times
Active Georgia LPN or RN license Pediatric skilled nursing experience preferred (TPN & CVAD competency ideal) Strong assessment skills Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control Reliable and compassionate Strong family-centered communication skills
Must hold an active Georgia LPN or RN license. Pediatric skilled nursing experience and competency in TPN and CVAD are preferred.
