Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Tennessee state license. Preference is given to candidates with CCC-SLP certification and experience working with TBI or concussion populations.

Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) team in Nashville, Tennessee. This hybrid role combines in-clinic patient care with community and field-based responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to support patients throughout their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and passionate about helping individuals improve communication, cognition, and overall quality of life following neurological injury.
Conduct speech-language and cognitive-communication evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapy services to patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and progress Participate in case conferences and treatment planning discussions Travel locally as needed to support patient care and community-based services Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
