The therapist will perform intake assessments and provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children. They are responsible for creating individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while adhering to ethical standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field and possess a current, unrestricted state licensure. Proven experience providing therapy to diverse age groups and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Job Summary As a Therapist at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in providing non-medical therapeutic services to individuals, children, and families. We are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where therapists can thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan in a timely manner. Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Collaborate with other team members and professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients. Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals, children, and families. Current and unrestricted state licensure or certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards. Strong organizational and communication skills. Compassionate and client-centered approach to service delivery.
