The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, patient-centered provider who is passionate about offering holistic care that integrates orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic health, and cosmetic treatments. Perform and/or refer patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation as needed.

Stay current with emerging therapies and advancements in regenerative medicine (e.g., PRP injections) to offer the most effective treatments for patients.

Work with physical therapists to optimize treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

Women's Health & Pelvic Floor Therapy:

Provide comprehensive well-woman exams, including preventive screenings, hormone health, and reproductive health care.

Diagnose and manage common women’s health conditions, including menstrual irregularities, menopause, PCOS, and sexual health issues.

Provide pelvic floor health assessments and therapeutic interventions for conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and post-partum recovery.

Collaborate with pelvic floor therapists to offer integrated care plans for patients with pelvic health concerns.

Educate patients on pelvic health, nutrition, and exercise to enhance recovery and overall wellness.

Medical & Cosmetic Injections:

Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane), and other cosmetic injections to address wrinkles, volume loss, and facial rejuvenation.

Conduct consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic goals, provide treatment options, and create individualized plans.

Administer other non-surgical treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy and microneedling, if trained and certified.

Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and expected results of cosmetic procedures, providing pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

Maintain a safe and sterile environment for all procedures, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Patient Care and Practice Growth:

Accept new patients, develop your own patient panel, and cultivate lasting relationships with patients across multiple specialties.

Offer personalized, compassionate care with a focus on empowering patients to take control of their health, aesthetics, and wellness.

Market services to new and existing patients through outreach, digital marketing, community events, and patient referrals.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure ongoing follow-up to achieve optimal outcomes.

Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaboration, patient engagement, and feedback.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all patient care is documented accurately and in a timely manner within the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Stay up-to-date with best practices, certifications, and industry standards related to orthopedic therapy, women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, and cosmetic injections.

Participate in regular training, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

In Florida, advanced-practice roles typically see steady demand in settings that need licensed Nurse Practitioners with broad patient-care skills. These positions are competitive because employers often look for board certification, current BLS, and experience with both adult and pediatric IV therapy, while benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and tuition reimbursement can strengthen an offer. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license, certification, and pediatric/adult care experience match the posting before applying.
