Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregivers / Aides to join our team to support a new client in Midland, NC. This position offers stable, consistent daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). We are looking for professional individuals who can provide a safe, nurturing environment and assist our client with daily routines to enhance their quality of life.
Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Cook and serve nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day according to the client's dietary needs.
Ensure the client takes their prescribed medications accurately and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment (including light cleaning, laundry, and dishes).
Provide engaging conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
& Qualifications Experience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Home Health Aide is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a Current TB Test, and valid CPR/First Aid certification.
Valid Driver’s License, a reliable personal vehicle, and current Auto Insurance are mandatory to ensure timely arrival for shifts.
Punctual, trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented.
