We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients across Northern Nevada. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible hours and meaningful work in home care and home health.
Provide in-home patient care based on individualized care plans Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Support mobility, transfers, and basic exercises Prepare meals and assist with feeding Monitor and report changes in patient condition Maintain accurate documentation and care notes Work collaboratively with nurses and care coordinators
