Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve caregiving skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred. Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Basic first aid and CPR certification is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
