The nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care for a group of assigned patients. This includes delegating tasks to other staff and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Due to the recent growth at this location we have recently expanded our PCU services to meet the demands of our patients and community.
We are looking for positive nurses who enjoy working with a team, passionate about helping others expand their skill sets, patient centered and needs variety in their day to be satisfied in their work.
This team builds on each other’s strengths and works together to help each grow their nursing skills; while keeping the patient first and providing exceptional care.
These units will see a variety of patient conditions and treatments with an average stay of 3 to 4 days.
These Progressive Care Units are cardiac focused, but not specialized.
