Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventative treatments for patients within senior care communities. Manage patient records and educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices.
Must possess a valid Dental Hygiene or Registered Dental Hygiene license and be comfortable with independent practice. Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Essential Job Functions: Oral Health Assessments: Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including for signs of oral diseases and abnormalities. Acts as an autonomous clinician responsible for comprehensive oral hygiene assessments. Teeth Cleaning: Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth. Preventative Treatment: Apply preventative treatments like fluoride applications and sealants. Patient Education: Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing and dietary recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications: Valid Dental Hygiene or Registered Dental Hygiene License Comfort with Independent Dental Hygiene practice
