Market context

Maryland entry-level therapy roles stay competitive

In Maryland, entry-level mental health therapist roles are often in steady demand as schools, clinics, and community providers look for licensed clinicians who can start seeing clients with limited ramp-up. These positions are competitive because employers want a master’s-prepared candidate with an active LGPC or LMSW license, plus ethical practice and culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Review the posting carefully and confirm supervision, caseload expectations, and benefits; this platform’s AI-summarized requirements and benefits help you compare roles faster from the original job description.
