About the Role

Join our dedicated team at ComForCare Home Care in Vancouver, WA as an HCA/CNA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our clients. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in need.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients. Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the care team. Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Support clients with medication reminders and adherence. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

Valid HCA or CNA certification in Washington state. Valid TB within a year of employment. Experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
