ComForCare Home Care Dallas-Garland is the preferred home care provider at a premier independent living community in Lake Highlands, and our Shared Care program is growing quickly. As a Shared Care Caregiver, you'll move between multiple clients throughout your shift, completing scheduled care tasks for each — companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and household needs — all coordinated through a care app on your smartphone.

Experience working in an assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility — or a proven track record of highly efficient, organized caregiving Strong time management: you'll be balancing multiple clients and tasks every shift A reliable smartphone — care plans and task documentation are completed in our app Comfort with technology and accurate, timely digital record-keeping A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate Access to reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check and Employee Misconduct Registry/Nurse Aide Registry check as required by Texas HHSC What You Will Be Doing:
Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community Follow individualized care plans in our mobile app and document each task as completed Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding Manage light household needs Provide companionship and socialization Schedule & Pay:
Full-time $15.00 – $16.25 per hour Opportunities for additional shifts as the program grows
Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing facilities. Candidates must possess a reliable smartphone, pass a criminal background check, and have reliable transportation.
