Compensation · A competitive income potential of $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year comprised of a base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Provisionally licensed mental health professional (MSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri. Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes. Experience / Skills / Abilities · Effective written and verbal communication skills. Growing ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Growing ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Learning to work with a diverse client base. Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems. Responsibilities include: · Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. · Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community. · Full time requirements are obtaining 25 minimum billable sessions per week; Primarily seeing clients in the clinic and also offering telehealth to work from home. · Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. · Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ; ) Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more so you can focus on your development and helping the client achieve their goals.
