The RN is responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, and delivering direct clinical care. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient education and ensure safety standards are met.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current New York State RN license. BCLS, ACLS, or PALS certifications are required, and a BSN is preferred.
Delivers and ensures patient care by assessing and diagnosing patient's condition, developing plan of care and evaluating patient's response to care. Participates in patient education and discharge planning. Collaborates with, coordinates and guides designated care team members in planning patient care and achieving goals.
