The Clinical Research Coordinator manages the daily operations of multiple clinical research studies and ensures strict compliance with GCP/ICH protocols. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Principal Investigator, patients, sponsors, and the IRB.
Candidates must have completed an accredited medical or phlebotomy training program, with a college degree and phlebotomy certificate preferred. Experience of 2 to 3 years in a clinical research setting and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desired.
Under the supervision of the Medical Office Administrator, the Clinical Research Coordinator oversees the day to day functions of multiple clinical research studies. This role is responsible for interfacing with the Principal Investigator, Patient, Sponsor, and the IRB. This position is directly responsible to ensure that all documentation is timely and accurate and works closely with the PI to ensure strict compliance to study protocols (GCP/ICH).

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
