The clinician performs on-site psychiatric and substance use crisis assessments to determine the most appropriate level of care for patients. Responsibilities include completing clinical tools, coordinating with physicians for treatment recommendations, and providing community resource referrals.
Current state license in the state of employment in clinical social work, or counseling license in states without required license regulations. Maintains education and development appropriate for position.
Experience
Required: Minimum two (2) years of supervised clinical experience. Current driver’s license with less than 2 violations in the past two years.
Assessment and evaluation experience preferred. May substitute education for experience
Requires a Master's level licensed clinician (LSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPC) with at least two years of supervised clinical experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory for community-based assessments.
