Perform evaluations and provide ongoing direct patient care for children from birth to 18 years in outpatient and inpatient settings. Manage a diverse caseload and coordinate care with other multidisciplinary providers.
Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current Alabama license. BCLS certification is required within the orientation period, and pediatric experience is preferred.
Overview Pediatric occupational therapist position working with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, in outpatient and inpatient settings. With experience, opportunities may be available in specialty areas, including NICU. Seeking a team-player with excellent communication skills, strong evidence-based practice, caring attitude towards all patients and their families, and effective time management / organization skills.
