The Coordinator provides front-line support to high-risk youth by managing the YOP Shop operations and assisting walk-in clients with immediate needs. They are responsible for screening youth, connecting them to internal and community resources, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with postsecondary education and experience working with at-risk youth preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Essential Competencies Ability to follow established procedures and program guidelines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate respectfully with youth and community partners. Ability to organize daily tasks and manage time during scheduled work hours. Demonstrated empathy and commitment to supporting vulnerable youth. Ability to identify issues and report concerns to the Program Manager. Basic problem-solving skills within defined program parameters.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups. Basic computer and office equipment skills.
