About the role

Provides clinical support to patient care staff by assisting patients with activities of daily living and monitoring vital signs. Responsibilities also include replenishing supplies and performing specialized tasks like EKGs and Point-of-Care testing.

Part-time (40 hours biweekly)

6:45pm-7:15am

Weekend and holiday rotation

General Summary

Provides clinical support services to patient care staff by performing a variety of duties related to patient care. Takes patient vital signs, assists patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, feeding, toileting, etc.), inventories and replenishes supplies and equipment, and performs special assigned duties such as performing EKGs and Point-of-Care testing.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and less than one year of relevant experience. Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire, while Certified Nurse Aide certification is preferred.
