We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a crucial role in ensuring safe, effective, and individualized medication therapy for our patients.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. You’ll provide expertise in drug therapy management, medication reconciliation, and patient education, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy ✅ Active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio ✅ Strong knowledge of prescription formulas and dosage calculations ✅ Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations ✅ 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist (inpatient or infusion pharmacy experience preferred)
A TriHealth Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients we serve through distributive and clinical functions. The Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with other health care providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operates within policies and procedures to manage the department's clinical and consultative services. The Clinical Pharmacist supervises the work of supportive team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of distributive services. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to serving as a drug information resource for TriHealth providers, direct patient interaction, precepting of pharmacy residents and/or student pharmacists, and contribution to department projects or initiatives in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership
