The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and designing individualized treatment programs to restore physical function and alleviate pain. They also supervise support personnel and provide home-treatment instructions to patients and their families.
TherapySouth was founded in July 2006 by Steve Foster, PT, LAT.
His vision was that TherapySouth would be a therapist-owned practice, specializing in "hands-on care, close to a patient's home or work".
All of our clinics maintain a friendly atmosphere that helps patients feel at home in their surroundings.
Having several locations allows patients to conveniently attend physical therapy two to three times per week to improve their daily functions.

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering programs of physical therapy as requested by referring physician and as evidenced by the patient’s needs.
1.
Evaluate, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical therapy treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent dysfunction in patients.

Complete patient related documentation.

Supervise physical therapist assistants and supportive personnel for accurate and timely completion of delegated job tasks.

Flexibility in treating a varying daily patient load including evaluations, walk-ins and follow up visits.
