The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization in Hamilton, Texas, to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an exciting opportunity within their clinic team. In this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional while supporting safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. What You’ll Do Document patient observations, responses, and provider orders accurately in the medical record Safely assist patients to and from the waiting area Prepare patients for exams and procedures by obtaining vital signs and health information Assist with surgical procedures in clinic and hospital settings Administer medications per protocol and provider orders; document appropriately Collect specimens and perform CLIA-waived blood and urine testing Process prescription refills and communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and appropriate supply inventory Manage formulary and sample inventories, including monthly reviews and disposal of expired samples Follow infection control standards, maintain required licensure & continuing education Maintain patient confidentiality and follow organizational policy Perform additional duties as assigned What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license and CPR certification Strong verbal and written communication skills LVN training required; previous clinical experience preferred Ability to walk, sit, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed What You Can Expect
