Support adolescents aged 13-18 in improving their mental health through experiential therapies and daily living activities. Provide safe de-escalation, act as a positive role model, and document client progress daily.
Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teen girls as they arise Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere Communicate important observations and updates to the Shift Leads and Shift Managers At end of shift, document client progress notes daily With an empathetic heart encourages teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications
Age: 21+ years of age or older Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred.
